Many people experience a range of traumatic experiences throughout their life, such as one off traumas such as car accidents, rapes, assaults etc and also repeated traumas such as repeated school or workplace bullying, domestic abuse or childhood abuse, and Jacky works with clients to help in recognising and treating these trauma memories which may result in a range of symptoms which can manifest in different psychological disorders and problems that clients want to address as well as the desire to be free from the beliefs that were formed at the time of the trauma memory that may well be negatively impacting the client today.
